• All the art on our website at present are prints, they are not hand paintings
• All product images have a watermark to protect our designs from getting copied digitally. The final product delivered will not have any watermark
• All our framed art prints are on premium matte paper. We don't use canvas for framed prints because canvas needs to breathe and can't be framed under an acrylic or glass sheet. For framing, we use acrylic instead of glass because it's lighter and more durable, giving you a better and longer-lasting finish
• All our framed art comes ready to hang, which means they come with hooks on the back board. So once you receive the framed art it will be ready to hang.
• Our canvas wraps are all printed on a museum-grade canvas fabric

Currently we ship to most parts in India, please check if we deliver to your area by entering your zip code on checkout.

It takes 3-5 business days to process all orders including multiple quality checks. After which they are immediately dispatched* from our warehouse. You will receive a tracking link to your registered Email, this would give you the exact date your art prints would reach your doorstep.

*Transit times vary according to the location and Pin-code serviceability but please allow for up-to 14 days after placing an order. While we try to ship out your art prints immediately, once it leaves the warehouse the transit times are unfortunately out of our control as we do not have a native logistics service and rely on 3rd party partners.

Please note that all our art prints are made to order & created only once your order is placed, this is to ensure only the best quality for your prints. But because of this we take a bit longer to have your prints ready and be delivered to you. Please bear with us while we get your prints ready. PLEASE NOTE Due to certain shipping restrictions, if you order multiple framed products, it might be shipped separately with different tracking codes.

Taking the time to create your art just right and ship it safely to you, is our raison d'etre. Please keep in mind, each piece is custom-made, so we dive in once you've placed your order. Returns and refunds are only available in special circumstances (Kindly read more below)

Cancellation:

If you wish to cancel your order, please do so within 2 hours of placing your order. After 2 hours, we will go ahead and start processing your order. 

Return / Refund:

If you, unfortunately, happen to receive a damaged product please contact us within 48 hours and we will initiate a refund/exchange*.

*Please provide the following information while submitting your claim:

- Photos/videos of damage

- Order Number 

*All returns will only be accepted in unused condition in original packaging.
